Fast setting and drying, high performance, anti-efflorescence grout, polymer modified, for joints from 2 to 20 mm. Water-repellent with DropEffect® and antimold with BioBlock® technology.
Applications:
Interior and exterior floor and wall grouting of all types of ceramic tiles (double-fired, single-fired, klinker, porcelain tiles, etc.), terracotta, stone material (natural stone, marble, granite, agglomerates, etc.), glass and marble mosaics. Ensures complete uniformity of colour, does not produce surface efflorescence, dries quickly and therefore floor and wall coverings are ready for use quickly.
BioBlock® technology applied to this product blocks various types of mould from forming and proliferating on the surface of the grout in humid conditions. Also, the use of special hydrophobic additives (DropEffect® technology) gives grouting mortars high water-repellent properties, making them less prone to dirtiness and with excellent durability.
Ideal for grouting exterior façades, balconies, terraces, swimming pools, bathrooms and kitchens. Especially suitable for grouting floors of supermarkets, highway service stations, restaurants, airports and public service grounds.
Mapesil AC - Mapei Silicone Sealant Various Colours - 310ml
Solvent-free, acetic-crosslinking mildew-resistant silicone sealant, available in 26 colours and transparent.

Mapesil AC can also be used to create perfectly flexible gaskets between construction elements in building, mechanical engineering, ship-building, automobile manufacturing etc.
N.B. Mapesil AC perfectly adheres to glass, ceramic and anodised aluminium. When first treating with Primer FD, Mapesil AC adheres well also on concrete, wood, metal, painted surfaces, plastic, rubber etc. Coverage depends on the size of the joint.

READY MIXED TILE ADHESIVES
ProStick BS Ideal for fixing ceramic and mosaic tiles to most common substrates. Suitable for intermittently wet conditions, ie. domestic showers, kitchens and bathrooms. Conforms to BS5980, EN12004 - D1T classified.
ProGrip HG Specially formulated with non-slip properties, ProGrip HG is ideal for standard and large format ceramic tiles, porcelain mosaics, glass and natural stone. Suitable for intermittently wet conditions, ie. domestic showers, kitchens and bathrooms. Conforms to BS5980, EN12004 - D1T classified.
WaterProof WR Specially formulated to provide increased water resistance for areas with constant wetting, ie. changing rooms, showers, kitcens and bathrooms. The product's unique properties are ideal for fixing porcelain mosaics, glass and natural stone to most common building substrates. Conforms to BS5980 and EN12004 - D2T Classified.
WaterProof WR Flex Specially formulated to provide increased water resistance for areas with constant wetting where vibration is likely. Conforming to BS5980 Type 2 Class AA, EN12004, D2T classified, the product is perfect for fixing porcelain mosaics, glass and natural stone to most common building substrates. Contains an anti-fungal additive.
CEMENT BASED TILE ADHESIVES
ProSet SS ProSet SS is a cementitious wall and floor adhesive formulated for its extended workability. Ideal for both interior and exterior applications where speed of set is not essential. Adheres to most common substrates, ie. concrete, sand/cement render & screeds, brick and block-work. Classified C1ET. Available in white and grey.
ProRapid PBA rapid setting cementitious wall and floor tile adhesive with unique properties, ideal for use with ceramic, mosaic and natural stone tiles. Suitable for internal and external use and unaffected by frost when set, ProRapid PB adheres to most common substrates, including concrete, sand/cement renders, screeds, brick and block-work, screwed and fixed over-boarded wooden floors. Available in grey.
ProRapid RS ProRapid RS is a rapid set, polymer modified, premium grade cementitious tile adhesive, ideal for natural stone, porcelain and ceramic tiles where exceptional bond and rapid set are essential. It is suitable for both wet and dry conditions and is formulated to adhere to most common substrates including screwed and fixed over-boarded wooden floors. Classified C2FT. Available in white and grey.
ProFlex SPA single part, rapid set, cementitious tile adhesive, ProFlex SP is specially formulated to achieve enhanced adhesion and flexibility in areas where slight movement or vibration can occur. The adhesive's unique qualitites make it suitable for fixing glass, porcelain, mosaic and ceramic tiles to most common building substrates, including concrete/sand render, screeds, brick and block-work, heated sub floors, exisiting tiled surfaces and screwed and fixed over-boarded wooden floors. Classified C2FT S1. Available in white and grey. A truly flexible classified S1 adhesive.
ProFlex SP +ES ProFlex SP+ES is a single part, extended set, flexible, polymer modified tile adhesive. Specially formulated with extended workability for large format and intricate porcelain, cermaic and natural stone tile work, the product has exceptional adhesion and flexural capacity, and is ideal for situations where vibration may occur. The adhesive's unique qualities make it ideal for fixing tiles to most common building substrates including concrete/sand render, screeds, brick and block-work, heated sub floors, existing tiles surfaces and over-boarded wooden floors. Classified C2ET S1. Available in white and grey.
ProFlex 2 Part ProFlex 2 part is a two-component flexible adhesive for timber and most common substrates, that has been designed to minimise movement. The product is suitable for applications where ceramics, porcelain, mosaics, quarry, marble, tarrazzo, terracotta and brick slips are used. ProFlex 2 Part can also be used on other substrates but it is not suitable for heavy duty industrial floor applications. Classified C1F S2. Available in grey.
FLOOR LEVELLING COMPOUND
Level IT one HDB is a single part cementitious floor leveller, containing a blend of specially graded fillers, fine cements and polymers for smoothing and levelling internal floors with irregular substrates. Open time 20-30 minutes, Set time 2-3 hours.
Level IT twoLevel IT two is a two part self levelling floor compound that combines excellent flow characteristics with strong adhesion properties through the inclusion of a synthetic latex liquid component. Level IT two levelling compound is suitable for use over cementitiousfloor substrates, hard adhesives residues, asphalt and timber, and can also be used under Ultra Floor Damp Proof Membranes. Open time 20-30 minutes, set time 2.5 hours.
Level IT SmoothFlowUltra Floor Level IT SmoothFlow is a single part concrete floor levelling compound which contains a blend of specially graded fillers, fine cements and polymers for smoothing andlevelling uneven internal floors prior to the application of decorative floor coverings.
Level IT SmoothFlow has superior flow properties which aid fast and easy application. Suitable for use over most rigid and stable mineral based sub-floors.
